The Book
You started with a vision that was entirely your own.
Something you saw that most people around you couldn't. That's what made you a founder.
And there's no shortage of people telling you how to pursue it. Playbooks, frameworks, growth hacks, formulas. Most of it is built around what worked for someone else, in a different market, at a different moment, with a different vision than yours.
Human Brands Win gives you something different.
Not a map, but a field guide. A way to navigate every decision, from your next hire to your next pivot, through the lens of what's actually yours.
The Thinking BRAVE framework, Brand, Relationships, Audacity, Values, Energy, is how the most successful founders have always made decisions, whether they knew it or not. Combining this framework with other tools like One-Degree Decisions and the Three-Legged Stool Content Strategy, this book gives you what you need to bravely pursue your unique path as a founder. The language to talk about it, the structure to make it a habit, and the permission to trust what you already know.
Simple. Not easy. But yours.

About the Author
Meet Lindsay
Lindsay Tjepkema is on a mission to help founders build Brands and businesses in full alignment with their vision and values.
That mission was shaped over twenty years at the intersection of two things most people treat as opposites: rigorous business strategy and genuine human connection. She has built global brand teams, founded and led a venture-backed tech company, raised millions in venture capital, and wrote this book to help founders pursue success on their own terms.
Today, she works with founder-led companies to build brands differently - brands that serve as the foundation of the business and keep founders in alignment with their vision, their goals, and their values throughout their founder journey.
Lindsay is a speaker, advisor, and host of the video podcast Actually, I Can. She lives near Boston with her husband and three boys.
