I’ve been there. Now I’m here.
Twenty years building brands. Five years as a venture-backed tech founder.
All of it channeled today to helping founders build brands in pursuit of success on their own terms.
I've spent twenty years figuring out why some founders break through and most don't.
As a brand strategist, former venture-backed CEO, speaker, and author, I've been in the room, on the stage, and in the thick of building something from nothing.
I know what it takes. And I know what actually moves the needLe.

When founders work with me
it stops feeling like they’re chasing someone else's version of success.
They get clear on their vision, what they stand for, how they want to show up, and why it matters. They leave with a brand that reflects who they really are and a framework for all decisions along their journey.
ALL the details
I started as a drama kid who discovered marketing and never looked back.
I went on to spend fifteen years building brands across industries and around the world, including global brand and content work for HubSpot, Intel, IBM, LinkedIn, Salesforce, Gong and L'Oréal.
In 2019 I founded Casted, the first podcast and video marketing platform built for B2B brands. As CEO, I raised millions in venture capital and grew the company through a global pandemic. I've spoken at dozens of events, including SXSW and INBOUND, been honored with 40 Under 40 awards in two different states, recorded over 500 podcast episodes, and co-led a community of more than 1,100 women in GTM leadership.
Now I work with founders on brand strategy, messaging, coaching, and bringing their visions to life - on their terms. I wrote a book about it called Human Brands Win, coming February 2027. I host Actually, I Can, which is about founders, for founders. It’s good conversations about bad advice.
I'm married to my high school sweetheart, mom to three boys, and based in Boston after a move from the Midwest that was equal parts terrifying and exactly right.
That little drama queen who always wanted to be on stage and the former tech founder who just wants to help others find their way? They both think this is all pretty rad.
