You saw something other people couldn’t. And then you had the guts to build it.

That’s founder magic.

The vision, the courage, the right amount of crazy to make something exist that didn’t before.

But now you have a business to run. Customers to find. Money to make. And everyone has an opinion about what you should be doing.

Post more. Start a podcast. Build an AI agent. Maybe run paid ads on the content you didn’t even want to make.

You’re trying to do what’s best for your business. But somewhere in all that advice, your own vision gets harder to hear. And more of your time, energy, and actual magical powers go toward winning games you never meant to play.

If this feels a little too familiar, I’d love to spend an hour with you.

We’ll get into how this happens to even the smartest, most experienced founders. And how to discern what deserves your energy now.

You’ll leave with:

  • A clearer picture of where your magic is going: are you putting it toward the business you want to build, or spending it trying to keep up?

  • A different approach to your everyday decisions: how even small choices can use—or waste—your founder magic and move you closer to or further from your vision.

  • A quick way to decide what deserves your time: use the BRAVE framework to assess whether an opportunity puts your magic to work toward what you actually want.

We’ll leave time for your questions, too. Register and I’ll send you the recording, whether or not you can join us live.

Hi, I’m Lindsay.

I spent 15 years in B2B marketing before founding and leading a venture-backed tech company for five years through abundance of both success and adversity. I learned a lot from the extreme highs and devastating lows. Today, I channel it all into my work with founders 1:1, in cohorts, and at retreats. I’m also a speaker and the author of Human Brands Win, coming in February.

I’ll share what I’ve learned from getting caught up in this myself and working through it with other founders. Because “stop wasting your magic” is a lovely idea. Figuring out what that means for your business is where it gets useful.
